Teach your children about Jesus 🫶

Teaching your children about Jesus can be hard in this day and age. Don’t stop because it’s uncomfortable or maybe they no longer seem to care. Make God/church a priority in your home. If you stop going they may stop going also.

We have to lead by example especially in our faith. I can say to my teenager all day don’t do something but ultimately that choice is hers alone. So talk about the word, listen to praise and worship, and get to church. Does that guarantee a perfect person? Absolutely not but it’s planting a seed.

I’d be a liar if I said this was a non issue in my house but it’s something God has convicted me of. Keep exposing my kids to Jesus. Keep them in church. Attendance can’t be optional. Teach your kids how to be a Christian.

Walk beside them, pray for them, try to answer their questions or get them to someone who can. God loves our kids more than we do. He loves every single one of us! Stand firm in his promises and tell the Devil to take a hike. Salvation is for everyone and our kids need it more than ever.
