my current weekend playlist is my summer pool playlist! im currently writing this while in the pool, after a lot hard week of having swimmer’s ear then working 3 12s in a row at the hospital. the songs on this playlist are helping me unwind and be happy after a week that honestly really sucked. my current picks :

— WHO by Jimin: just came out! i absolutely love, literally the song of the summer. his outstanding vocals along with the sweet lyrics are incredible and catchy as hell. jimin really does not miss with his hits.

— 365 by charlie xcx: the whole brat album is the mood for the summer (i wish). let just say ALBUM of the summer, incredible summer club beats that puts anyone in a good mood. this song specifically is the one that gets me most hyped.

— Espectacular by Rauw: a bop honestly, great catchy song that has stayed with me all summer so far.

— Blind by ATEEZ: i can’t help but love when my fav kpop artists make hispanic inspired songs, they never fail to make me happy. what’s keeping me going is their concert at citi field in a few weeks! i can’t wait!

— Electricity by Dua Lipa: i just added this song to my playlist today, as it perfectly matches the vibes for this weekend. my awesome coworkers yesterday were jamming house music for a patient to calm her down, and it was just so endearing to watch. this song in particular caught my ear with how fun and carefree it makes one feel. i am loving my job as a nurse extern this summer so far, the best learning experience ever!
