HAIR GROWTH ROUTINE

i’ve started being dedicated to my hair growth so STAY TUNEEDDDD

routine in order

2-6 hours BEOFRE I SHOWER

oil hair ( not pictured but it’s just a mixture of caster and rosemary oil)

*i only do this every other time i shower

dry brush body and brush hair before shower

first in shower (only cold water touches hair never hot)

shampoo with silver shampoo

wash

then bonding shampoo

wash

wring out hair before applying anything coming up

oh my growth hair treatment 5 minutes

exfoliate body

wash

bond repair conditioner

shave

wash

hair mask

wash

wash body

OUT OF SHOWER

comb hair

massage scalp a little then apply root stimulator

apply leave in to ends

put up in cotton t shirt

TIPS: i use coconut oil on ends every night and silk bonnet. i also have curly hair so i put it in a pineapple pony tail at night.
