What I eat after bariatric surgery!

Sorry I’ve been gone y’all! I’ve been job hunting and trying to learn more about my new tummy! I’ll make another post on what I’ve discovered about my new self!

(no drinking 30 min before, during or after)

🐟: So I got bariatric surgery 04/16/2024!! I'm 85lbs down (about 187kg). Im about 5 months post op (26 weeks)!

🐟: I ordered blackened salmon with rice! and it had a side of fried pickles. I got a water as a drink but didn’t touch it haha…I ate most of the salmon then just a bit of rice for my carbs, my dad ate some fried pickles.

🐟: Currently at my time I am able to eat anything! But I found myself not liking fried things as much anymore they make me feel sick…so when this dish had fried pickles I didn’t really eat them :((

🐟: overall the food was yummy! But I’d recommend switching sides to your preference and avoid as much fried food as you can!
