SHRIMP TACO BOWL

Shrimp tacos are one of my favorite foods, so when I didn’t have any tortillas tonight I decided to make a bowl instead!

What’s included:

🍤: shrimp

🍚: jasmine rice

🌽: corn

🫘: black beans

🍅: salsa

🌮: taco seasoning (I actually didn’t have any taco seasoning so homemade it was a blend of garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, and oregano!)

🥑: lime crema (it was supposed to be an avocado lime crema, but the avocado went bad, so I made it with lime, Greek yogurt, and onion powder instead.)

Overall it was a super delicious dinner! 😋
