This weekend’s date

This weekend Andrew and I went out for date night to Lucco in Florham Park, NJ. They have both gluten free pizza and gluten free pasta plus a whole list of fun spritz drinks! The place is decorated really cute inside with a bar in the center and tables around the outside. They have big windows around the whole restaurant and it smells like delicious Italian food.

What we got:

- "JONNY BOY" FRIES - pepperoni, shishito, truffle oil, pecorino. These fries are my favorite. We get them every time we come here. They’re crispy and salty.

- SHISHITO PEPPERS - calabrian chili oil, sea salt. I love Shishido peppers. These are baked in a delicious oil and topped with salt. They’re not too spicy but they’re delicious and charred.

- VINTNER'S PIZZA - gorgonzola, date, prosciutto di parma, mozzarella, arugula, balsamic fig jam, honey. I’m such a sucker for any kind of pizza that has prosciutto and figs. This Gorgonzola is delicious and salty. The dates, fig jam and honey provide a sweet flair and the crust is crunchy.

- BROCCOLI RABE - garlic, chili oil, lemon. The broccoli rob is crispy and warm, topped with garlic and a burst of acidic lemon flavor.

- ITALIAN GREYHOUND - tito's, grapefruit juice, aperol, prosecco, club soda, rosemary
