If there’s one thing I learned about receiving WIC benefits it’s to make it work!

a lot (and sometimes most) of my grocery shopping come from my benefits. I had people say they don’t know what to do with their benefits and let me tell you can do a lot! It’s doesn’t have to be plain boring yogurt or eggs and milk. You can make good and healthy recipes with it. I’ve made the most with it.

I like to use my fruit money and natural juice to make myself smoothies😋

Sometimes I do add some non wic ingredients here and there but most of the time it’s just optional and too add additional stuff🤷🏽‍♀️

And side note I’m going to start getting baby purées now and I’m excited.
