Yummy corn dip!

My favorite corn dip! 😋

Ingredients:

•2 cans of fire-roasted corn

•8 oz cream cheese

•1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

•1 packet Fresh Success Street Corn mix

•2 tablespoons canned cilantro (or fresh cilantro, chopped if you prefer)

•Optional: a squeeze of lime juice for some extra tang

Instructions:

•Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

•In a large baking dish, combine both cans of corn into the bowl (only drain one can). Mix in the Fresh Success Street Corn Packet. Add in the cream cheese & pepper jack cheese. •Bake for 15 to 20 minutes mixing half way through. •Serve with tortilla chips. #cornrecipes #street corn dip #easyrecipe #corndip #foryou
