How to achieve glowy glass skin in your 30s

Who else wants to age gracefully with beautiful and glowy skin? Here is my current AM skincare routine to achieve dewy glowy skin all day, every day ✨️

✨️ Cleanser: Some days I double cleanse, some days I keep it simple. Currently using The Cult gel based cleanser from Tula. I really like how my face feels clean without leaving my skin dry after.

The Cult Classic Cleanser: $34 for the supersize & $24 regular size

✨️ Exfoliator: You need an exfoliator to dissolve dead yucky skin cells & also to assist with the new skin cell turnover process, to have that smooth looking skin. I'm currently using Dr. Dennis Alpha Beta, and I just wanted to say it is worth every penny!!!!

✨️ Essence: Now, let's start hydrating our skin. You can either use a toner or an Essence. I chose this fermented essence, as it is amazing. It calms the skin and leaves it smooth & luminous. Using Urban Calm Fermented Essence.

✨️ Serum/ Peptides: Peptides are a must-have for firming skin, especially in your 30s. I love Cos De Baha products as they are free of alcohol and other unwanted chemical substances.

Cos De Baha Peptides: $13.99

✨️ Moisturizer: You know moisturizer is just essential for glass looking glow. I'm using COSRX snail moisturer. It has an interesting texture, but it is my holy grail product.

✨️ Sheet Mask: I tend to use sheet masks only at night before bed, currently trying Femmue Dream Glow Mask.

✨️Sunscreen: A non-negotiable item on any morning skincare routine, although I forget to wear some days as I'm always rushing #momlife , this clear stick sunscreen though is a GAME CHANGER. You can apply this sunscreen anytime throughout the day and won't even mess with your makeup.
