Best SF Sunset Picnic Spot

Anyone else getting life from these late night sunsets? It brings me so much joy to end work and still have hours of daylight left, so we gotta take advantage!

Here's one of my favorite sunset spots: Tank Hill . It's tucked into Cole Valley. Some pro tips:

• Bring a blanket, wine opener, and cups

• Stop at Say Cheese for wine, cheese, and bread

• Walk 5 minutes over to Tank Hill (you can also drive right up to the top of the hill). If you walk, there's a semi-long stair case

• Choose your side: we started facing east to see the sun light up downtown, then as it got closer to sundown, we moved over to the west facing side to watch the sun go down over Ocean Beach
