+ My prayer corner 🙏🏻

This side of my bed is my favorite spot on earth. I’ve spent many hours here on my knees, (as seen the sheet I put under my knees, folded in front of my basket) praying, reading my bible, talking to God about anything.. snacking, watching Sex And The City, drinking a bottle of tequila blacking out FaceTiming your sisters and beating up your boyfriend a little. Or.. doing your self care every night, with your tiny mirror.. picking at your skin a little, rubbing in your moisturizer.. feeling your freshly washed hair come out of the towel wrapped around your head and scratching your scalp a little. Or even sitting with my boyfriend, talking through whatever issue there ever has been. It’s a quiet place, a loving space, I could sit here for the rest of my life.

I love sitting here. It’s right near the window which has a straight shot view of the garden, and the deck where my boyfriend stands in the morning when he gets up hours before I do.

This is a sacred space for me, genuinely. I would love to put some live plants there and flowers or a diffuser💕

what is your night stand like? Do you have a sacred space like mine? I couldn’t bring myself to show you the inside of my drawer tbh 😂😂😂 someone triple dog dare me and maybe I’ll open it a little.
