My way of healing

Ppl hv different ways of healing. So whts healing actually? Its something that makes one feel healed, rejuvenated, refreshed, therapeutic, etc.

I too have my ways of calming my mind and soul. One of it is by staring at my fishes swimming in my aquarium. Looking at my minimalistic aquarium with vibrant fishes in it and listening to the sound of water splashing never fails to calm me and heal me.
