RELACTATION JOURNEY

My baby is 4 months old, I was an exclusive pumper for the first 3 months when I started to honestly get lazy with the consistency of pumping every 3 hours.. and with the holidays I was very distracted and I thought maybe it was time to stop breastfeeding. OMG was that the worse mindset I could have.

I still do get some milk out but I’ve recently decided that I want to start my journey to re lactation… if anyone has any tips or advice PLEASEE. This is so important to me 🤍
