why zara perfumes are not for me.

i got these perfumes when i was on exchange cus they were relatively inexpensive and i was so TAKEN by the scents. so full and so feminine, they made me feel like a girl 😀🌸 but after using them for about 9 months now, and even emptying and rebuying a set later, i have some thoughts- that even though i still love the scent, i actually regret buying these zara perfumes.

1. longevity of the scent

for an EDP, it wears off really quickly. as im wearing it, after literally 4 hrs, the scent is barely there?? how can you call the product an EDP… on warm days, the smell completely evaporates after less than an hr?? the only thing that works is spraying it in my hair but it dries my hair out. plus my hair is always up so the smell doesnt travel 😵‍💫😵‍💫

2. intensity of the scent

to get the intensity that i want out of the perfumes, i have to spritz it at least 10 times per use. TEN TIMES. and again, it wears off in 4 hrs… so i go through both 100ml bottles in about 6 months and even though its not expensive, i find it incredibly wasteful for a low payoff.

i know the solution is to reapply by carrying around an atomisor but i had bad experiences with them (they leaked perfume into my bag) and im just too scared to try again. the other solution is to buy something that lasts longer but i havent found a scent that i like 🥲 my current plan is to look tor a solid perfume so that i can carry it around in my bag hehe.

does anyone have suggestions for perfumes that last the whole day and has the same scent profile? or if you can let me know if theres a solid perfume i should try! really appreciated hehe
