Self love girl talk

Hey girl talk girlies,

It’s been a while…. I hadn’t forgot you guys and I will respond to the DM’s I have. Life has just been busyyyyy! Anywho… I want to spend some time talking with you guys about self love. I had a young lady who recently was discussing some of the things shes gone through recently. While I was listening to her, I thought to myself this sounds alot like me. 😬😬😬… well the me that I was prior to deciding change starts with me. The issue was self love… the things I allowed, the people who I allowed around and the the things I would accept had everything to do with self love… the fact is when we love and cherish ourselves many things that are unfavorable to us just wont slide, the way people speak to us and treat us changes when we have standards of whats best for us… today i encourage you all to ask yourself …. Do I love me??? Am I expecting someone else to love and value me in ways that I dont for myself??? And if thats the case how can I start to love me more? How can I change my mind about what I think of me???

Well ladies, you know I have to get back to work before my self love gets me in trouble at work lol
