stop overthinking your social media feed

I’ve recently discovered myself overthinking everything i choose to post or not post on my socials. “If i post too much of ____, will people assume ____?!” & I’ve found that it’s been hindering my confidence & my creativity!! I feel like i’m finally at a place my life where so many things are making me genuinely happy.. where I live, my boyfriend, my friendships, some of my hobbies, my job, etc. that I WANT to share it, bc it is a reflection of me and the things that are important to me and that are happening in my life.

At the end of the day, my socials are mine, & if someone hates that i post too much about my certain aspects of my life, then they can unfollow. I’m not sure where the whole ideation of “if they post this then this means that”. At the end of the day, we as humans need to stop judging a persons entire life by just one post, rather get to know them and make your own decision based on what you learn from a simple conversation.
