One of my fave parts is when Kelly shares practical ways to find purpose and meaning in the midst of chaos. From self-reflection exercises to heartwarming stories, this book is filled with wisdom and inspiration that's easy to apply to our everyday lives. ( oh and it’s an easy read which is always a plus !!)
