Recently, I shared 4 SECRET Telegram tips that you must know! However, WhatsApp is not one to be left behind; it's undergoing some major upgrades to keep up with user trends and offer the best texting experience.

Let's take a look at some exciting WhatsApp updates for 2023!

1️⃣ EDIT CHATS

At long last, the feature we've all been waiting for is here! You can now edit messages within 15 minutes of sending them, and the recipient won't see the edit history. No more embarrassing typos!

2️⃣ CHAT LOCKS

This is my personal favorite feature (not that I'm hiding anything, though) 😅😅 It's quite bothersome to use Face ID or type your password every time you open an app. With this feature, you can select specific chats to hide, and it will also conceal the content from appearing in notifications. Added privacy and convenience!

3️⃣ SCREENSHOT BLOCKING

Now, "view once" really means view once! If a message is marked as 'View Once' on WhatsApp, it's no longer possible to take screenshots of it. A prompt will appear, notifying you that "Screenshot Blocked." So, you can share all the tea 🍵 on WhatsApp without worries #AdultingWoes #Adulting101 #GirlTalk

4️⃣ UPDATES TO STATUS

Although I don't use WhatsApp status (at all) since we have Instagram stories, I must admit that the link preview feature is pretty cool! I could share my Lemon8 post preview there!
