Welcome back angels!

Ever since I started my office job, I started to take coffee almost EVERYDAY. As times goes by🫣 It causes some health issues like insomnia, anxiety and also gastric problem.

I have to visit the clinic more frequent and found out that the cause of it is having TOO MUCH of coffee ☕️

As it is concerning my health, I decided to QUIT that addiction. Here’s how I did it:

1️⃣ GRADUALLY

Start by cutting down my daily coffee intake & little at a time. From 7 days a week to 3 times a week,

to once a week. It might be difficult at first but trust me, you won’t be needing coffee as much.

2️⃣ SWITCH from coffee to healthy flower tea

Flower tea has lots of benefits and is more suitable for coffee-intolerant (like me)

✅ Stress relief

✅ Good for skin and hair

✅ Aids digestions and detox

My favorite is camomile and lavender! You should try it too!

3️⃣ BE MORE ACTIVE

I started to workout at least once a week to boost up my energy & metabolism level.

This could reduce relying on caffeine and to stay focus better!

4️⃣ STAY HYDRATE

It is easier to say than done!

I started to drink as much water as I can throughout the day to combat my caffeine cravings.

It takes me about 3 months to finally QUIT my addiction to COFFEE ☕️ It might be difficult at first but trust me, you won’t be needing coffee as much.
