Book update!

My thoughts: so far I really thought this book was great because it wasn’t so boring and scientific. The author talks about her thoughts which a lot of us won’t say out loud (The crazy thoughts) and it made me feel good knowing I’m not the only one thinking these outrageous thoughts. There are a lot of cuss words so I would be careful if you are giving it to someone younger but so far the book is helpful for not feeling alone.
