PSA PILATES PRINCESSES!! If you have not heard, Strong Pilates just opened in Singapore!!! It's a pilates studio from Australia 🇦🇺 that incorporates high intensity cardio 💦 into a low-intensity pilates 🩰 routine.
I've been practicing yoga 🧘🏻♀️ for the last 3 years, and have always wanted to start on pilates and/or incorporate cardio into my workout to help with fat loss and muscle definition!
Coincidentally, Strong JUST opened their studio just a few minutes away from the building that I intern at and i jumped on the VIP membership right away 😋

The studio interiors are beauuuutifulll! 😍 Pictures taken of the studio from every angle is aesthetic and the amenities are so so clean and sleek! How a studio space look can really be motivation for me to book and attend classes 🫢
🤍 Classes
Their classes happens in pilates sets, and adding in cardio like rowing 🚣♀️ or cycling 🚴🏻♀️ in between for short bursts of high-intensity burn. I really 💗 love this bc it feels easier for me to incorporate cardio when i don't regularly do high-intensity workouts!
*** instructors dont force you to keep up the pace but rather, max out to your own ability. so thankful for this bc ive been traumatised by a spin studio over this 😭🫶🏼

If you're looking to try Strong out, they sell 5-packs at 💵$ 199! Otherwise, they also offer unlimited memberships at $89/week which is really affordable imo! 5 classes a week would mean $17~/class. NOT the most student-friendly, but really great for CBD girlies with disposable income 👩🏻💻👍🏼

Classes at Strong are a really great way to incorporate low-intensity resistance and cardio into your workout!! I actually see an improvement in my posture and definition after 2 weeks of consistent classes and i'm so excited to continue seeing results 😍
