problems with lemon8 prizes

I have been trying for so so long to win a prize from lemon8, i have finally won a pair of the flip flops from the summer diary challenge and when i redeemed them it said to check out “my prizes”. I went to my prizes and there was nothing, so i tried to redeem them agian thinking maybe it didn’t go through and then it said i can’t because i have already redeemed it? I was so so excited, i contacted lemon8 and haven’t gotten any response as of now…
