I’ve always felt insecure about my body and always wanted to bulk 💪 but I did not know how 🤔. That’s when I came across 💥body recomposition💥. Body recomposition is a way to increase lean muscle mass while reducing fat mass.

HOW to achieve body recomposition 😎
1. Get regular exercise 🏋️♀️
Have structured weight training 3-4 times a week
There is NO need for a gym!! You can make good progress with resistance bands or basic equipment at home 💯

DON’T ❌ weigh or measure calories
Have proper nutrition and a balanced healthy diet 🥗
