podcasts have changed my view of life and motivated me in so many ways.

For You From Eve-

I love this pod so much. It talks a lot about how to change your life to be healthier and better for you physically and mentally but in a realistic manner. I love the voice of Eve and her views on the world and personally love and attention.

The Equestrian Podcast-

I have a horse and am an amateur hunter jumper eq competiter, with that comes a lot of pressure and stress to be perfect while also maintaining a healthy body and training hours. This pod has given me such a vision of what my life could look like by taking small steps to achieve my health and training goal. They also have many episodes of just general information covering all different disciplines in the horse world.

Anything Goes-

Emma chamberlain is extremely popular and what I’ve really like the most about her pod is the more “friendy” feeling. She has plenty of good advice but sometimes you just need a good pod where you don’t have to listen fully and keep note but can just feel like someone is talking to you and keeping you company. I love this podcast at night during my camping hours.
