🌞Rise and shine, friends! Lately I have been starting my day with a blissful 5 AM routine that energizes my mind, body, and soul! 🧘♀️
✨To start, I always move my body and try to get a little sweat going. I choose yoga or pilates to stretch and strengthen. Then I do 5 minutes of calming meditation to center my mind. Next, I like to spend 15-20 minutes journaling, setting intentions for the day ahead, and making a list of things I am grateful for. Lastly, I like to spend 20 minutes diving into a good book to nourish my soul. 📚 My book choices vary from a fun book that I am into, to personal development ones that help me grow.
