I intermittent Fasting 14-10! What this mean is, I fast for 14hrs skipping breakfast, and have a 10hr eating window. My fasting period is 8:00pm - 10:00am EST!
IN ORDER….
Morning: Green Tea Blueberry Slim life (on an empty stomach)
Midday: Lemon Ginger
Midday & Dinner Time: Chamomile Vanilla (during my cycle or if needing help to relax)
Night: Peppermint (after my fasting starts at 8pm)
