Being nice to myself

This is so important when it comes to anxiety. I had to become my own friend and change the way I talk to myself. Mind-body-soul is connected - don’t forget that!

Regularly working out

Working out improves my mood and is a great way to manage stress, anxiety and other negative feelings. I also feel accomplished after a workout, which helps boost my confidence and self-esteem.

Making sleep a priority

I noticed a huge difference since I started going to bed earlier. My body and mind are not fully functioning when I don’t get enough sleep. I also feel more sad and have negatively feelings when I don’t get my 8 h of sleep.

I keep a journal

Keeping track of my personal life as well as my mental health helps me recognize what is causing me stress and what seems to help me feel better.
