Steps:
~In a mixing bowl, beat 1 egg and whisk together with flour, water, salt, pepper, and chopped green onions until smooth.
~Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
~Pour in half of the egg mixture, swirling to coat the bottom of the pan.
~Beat the remaining egg and pour it over the top of the set crepe in the pan. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the egg is set and the edges are crispy.
~Spread chicken floss on one-half of the crepe in the pan.
~Optionally, add some mayo or your preferred sauce on top of the chicken floss.
~Roll up the crepe tightly into a cylinder shape.
