First post! ✨Apple Crunch Salad✨

My daughter brought home this recipe from school, raving about how delicious it was and BEGGED me to make it for her. We've been home the last couple of days because she hasn't been feeling good, so I decided to surprise her. It's a win win. Healthy AND she loves it!
