Skincare for 20s 🛀🏽

As someone that is in their 20s. My skincare routine circles around acne management, evening of the skin tone, with a little focus on anti-aging sometimes!

I am going to be sharing with you guys my daily skincare routine, and have included my thoughts into the pictures!

Step 1: Cleanse 🧼

Choose a cleanser based on your skin type! Use fingertips to gently rub in your cleanser on your face in a circular motion.

For makeup wearers, I would recommend repeating the motion for 1.5-2 minutes, and 30 seconds to 1 minute for non makeup wearers!

Step 2: Treat 🩺

Serums are necessary because as compared to moisturizers, serums are of smaller molecules, hence penetrating deeper into your skin! Serums are great for tackling your skin concerns. For skin that are in their 20s, I would recommend something that is lightweight and is of a watery texture to enable easier absorption, and avoid any discomfort.

Step 3: Moisturize 🧴

A little tip for applying moisturizer-apply in small amounts, in a gentle pressing motion. If your skin still feels dry after application, approach the skin with light layers of the moisturizer with the same motions until it feels soft and supple. Do not apply your moisturizer in a big lump in one go as it might cause oiliness and unnecessary clogging of the pores.

I usually take 3-5 minutes to finish the entire routine and I find it extremely therapeutic! Share with me your holy products and I might check it out!
