My First time meal prepping anything!

I made these delicious egg sandwiches that (if i did my math right) are:

380 CALS

26.5 grams of protein !! ⭐️⭐️

Ingredients:

•Thomas’ Bagel thins (110cals)

•Great value large eggs (70 cal)

• Daisy Low Fat cottage cheese (90cals)

• Great Value Lower Sodium Bacon (80 cals/2peices

• Baby spinach

•Great Value Sliced Medium Cheddar

How to make:

Preheat oven to 350°

Cook egg mixture for 18-22 minutes

•Crack however many eggs you want into a bowl (i used 10 eggs. 700 total cals)

•Measure out how much cottage cheese you want (i used a cup. Each serving is 1/2 a cup so total of 180 cals( (i hate cottage cheese but the eggs came out soooo good)

• cut up your baby spinach and add to bowl

• Add whatever season you prefer! i just used salt and pep

anddddd then

•Mix !!

•spray your baking sheet and pour your mixture. Pop it into the oven for 18-22 minutes!

•Cook up your bacon! 2 pieces of bacon = 80cals

I personally did not toast my bagels but will be doing going as i will be eating them.

•Once your eggs are cooked. let me cool for about 5 minutes.

•Cut your eggs into each pieces for how many bagels you have (i did 8 pieces)

• put your egg piece down onto bagel, then cheese, then add your bacon slices !
