💪🏼MONDAY & FRIDAY = LEGS! Complete 3 sets of each movement. You can bundle them together and perform 2-3 exercises back to back (complete 3 sets and then move on to the next 2-3 exercises, for example; do a giant set = DB reverse lunges, squat jumps and DB step ups) OR you can perform a single set for each movements. Complete 3 sets of one exercises and move on.

💪🏼WEDNESDAY = CARDIO! Time to wake those legs up and get that heart pumpin! Cardio is a great tool for fat loss! Adding more movement throughout the day will help put you into a deeper deficit. Remember, in order to lose weight, one must be in deficit = burning more calories than you are taking in. Choose whatever equipment you like most and keep your heart rate 20-30 beats less than your MAX HR (228 - age). This is called zone 2 cardio.

💪🏼TUES/THURSDAY = UPPER BODY AND CORE! Same outline as leg day! You can bundle them together OR perform 3 sets of 1 movement and move onto the next! Lets chase that upper body PUMP!

💪🏼WEEKENDS = ACTIVE RECOVERY! I love a long walk outside on a hot sunny day. Legit my FAVE! Set your timer for 45-60min and get outside both Saturday and Sunday! Afterwards, cool down and stretch!
