Japanese Milk Bread

375g Bread Flour

75g sugar

8g salt

6g dry instant yeast

236g Milk

75g melted butter

1 egg

•Mix dry ingredients first

•now add the milk and butter

•mix until it forms a dough

•now add the egg

•mix the dough on high speed for 25 minutes

•cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour or until doubles

•form the dough into small balls

•place in baking pan and cover for 1 hour

•bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown
