Here are some more terms we use at Lululemon!

Working at Lululemon is unlike any other retail job. I think the big difference is how much they actually put the effort into supporting their employees. Small things like giving Values Day and having space for Clearings just shows a bit of what Lulu does to support.

Even though most of the time no one has any clearings to mention, when people do have them we are better able to support each other as a team emotionally. And this makes the team more tight knit
