3 MUST Rides @ Genting SkyWorld 🎢

Hi!

So I recently came back from Genting, and to say that I enjoyed it would be an understatement. I was fully prepared to maximise my trip by spending the whole day at Genting SkyWorld.

However, I managed to finish most of the rides (not including the kiddy ones) in four hours time. I went in early at 11am and ended up coming out at around 3pm. Since I went on a Friday, there wasn’t really anyone there. Most of the attractions were also very fast! With only 5 minutes waiting time. That rendered my Virtual Queue tickets rather useless. I would rank my adventurous spirit at a nice 8/10, so do take note of that!!

Without further ado, here are my top 3 rides!! That I recommend:

3. Independence Day: Defiance

This was a very cool 3D effect show that wasn’t too scary, as you were basically strapped in. I loved the immersive ness of it with the 3D glasses! Def a must go.

2. ESD Global Defenders

This right would drop you like a sack of potatoes and make dip you almost 180 downwards. But it was so adrenaline pumping that I absolutely loved it!! Def don’t go right after you eat, you have been warned.

1. Alpha Fighter Pilots

MY FAV!!! To quote from my own rating that I wrote after every ride/attraction: SOLID IT GOES UPSIDE DOWN ENTIRELY SCREAMING ALL THE WAY

So if it’s not entirely clear to you, this right literally flips you upside down. It is definitely NOT for the weak hearted. Please do not let your grandma or grandpa sit on this. Extremely exhilarating!!!

All in all, while it was quite fun, I felt that it would have been better if there were more attractions, or like food related to the theme, I ended up eating at this fast food store inside that was supposed?? To be part of the rio theme? But there was absolutely no indicator that it was. So disappointing. The caraval burger was delicious though, very spicy and got kick.
