Cheesy Potato Fingers

Don’t we all love cheesy potatoes? Well, I for sure do!

🥣 Ingredients

➿ 1/4 cup cornflour

➿ 2 potatoes

➿ a pinch of salt

➿ 2 slices of cheddar cheese

🔢 Steps

🔹 Peel, wash & chop your potatoes into cubes

🔸Boiled the potatoes till it’s soft

🔹Transfer them into a big bowl & mashed them up

🔸 Then, add in all the other ingredients & mix till a soft dough ball is formed (use a hand gloves to avoid the dough from sticking your hand)

🔹Next, flatten the ball between two plastic sheets OR you can do it in a ziplock bag too. Freeze it up for a minimum of 1 hour.

🔸 Heat up some oil in a pan, cut the potatoes into your desired size & fry them up!

🔹 Scoop it out once it turns golden brown & it is ready to be served along with some chilli sauce or any of your favourite sauce!
