got my dream pair of sunnies for >90% off retail

flashback to start 2023, i was at the gentle monster store trying on sunnies when i found one pair (Heizer 01) that i thought fit my face shape super well! it was on my wishlist for a couple of months but i couldn’t justify the $400 pricetag.. 😖

one day i decided to hunt down a replica for GM sunnies on Taobao, and i’m happy to say that i found the pair i’ve been wanting!!

🍄 super high quality, it was so comparable to the real thing that i honestly wouldn’t be able to tell the difference if you put them side by side

🍄 comes with everything included in the original (box, glasses case, lens cloth, warranty card)

🍄 all the designs come with the same logos as on the original! you can message the seller to send u a video of the item if you wanna compare

❌ limited designs, i think they carry <15 models

HEIZER 01

- i love this pair so much.. fits really comfortably for wider heads and has held up super well over the past 8 months!! no fading of the text or anything.

GM X Maison Margiela (grey)

- i just received this pair a couple of days ago, i bought it without trying on the original in-store which i kinda regret cause i feel the shape kinda makes me look like a bug.. (4th pic)

sooo run to taobao if you’ve been wanting the GM look but don’t wanna pay full price ❤️
