First of all, I just want to say how dare you all for recommending this book to me and hitting me in all the feels and making me cry FIVE TIMES while I was at work…

This was a beautifully written story, it was fast paced and I could not put this book down for the life of me. I HAD TO KNOW what happened it sucked me in and made me love Macy and Elliot from the very beginning, the story line, the plot, the side characters and the Petropoulos brothers I loved them all. It speaks volumes on second chance romances, first loves, childhood friends, loss and grief. Ms Lauren did not come to play she was able to incorporate all of these into building this story and she delivered it wrapped in a bow.

Can we just talk about Sabrina for a minute? I loved her character, she was the best friend that told you all the things you did not want to hear but NEEDED to hear and I absolutely loved her for that. Oh Elliot.. I loved everything about his nerdy character and Macy learning to love it and seeing how there friendship unfolded?! while being able to talk about anything and everything, it was just the cutest thing ever. Overall I did not think I was a fan of second chance romances but this was absolutely hit the mark, and would recommend this to anyone who believes in love and doesn't mind sobbing their eyes out.
