Cookie Baked Oatmeal!

My favorite baked oats recipe yet!

Ingredients:

•1/2 cup oats

•1/2 a banana

•1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup

•1 egg

•1/4 tsp baking soda

•1/4 cup choice of milk

•chocolate chips

Instructions:

-Preheat oven to 350

-Blend all ingredients together except chocolate chips

-Grease an oven safe bowl and pour blended mixture into it

-Top with chocolate chips and bake for 25 minutes

-enjoy!
