Homemade Baby Food: Pear Sauce 🍐

Making baby food doesn't have to be difficult or time consuming, especially when you're just starting out and getting them used to new textures and taste.

I do baby led weaning, but I also make some purees for when we don't have BLW foods to offer (i.e. foods that can cause obstructions, could cause an allergic reaction that I'm not prepared to take on at that moment, etc.).

So, why did I make pear sauce?

but mostly...

🍐 it's great for constipation!

When babies are trying new foods for the first time, they might have a hard time pooping. I use pear sauce to give them a good source of fiber to help them with their bowel movements.
