Why I chose social work!

Happy second day of social workers month. Social work is no easy task, no job is. Social work has one of the highest turnover rates of any career, especially in child welfare and child protection. I have a child welfare emphasis in my studies and it teaches me a lot on how to interact with kids without hurting them. I love what I do and what I’m going to do. We need to invest in our children because they are our future.
