Apps to help you focus 🎯

🌲Forest App : The cutest focus app I know! This app uses the Pomodormo technique which gives 25 min of work time and 5 min of a break. In this app, you can plant and grow a tree during your focus time. It kinda of gamifies focusing, the longer you stay focused the bigger your tree grows! However, your tree can wither away if you get distracted and leave the app. Eventually, you can even grow your own forest!

👩🏽‍💻Arc: Recently tried the Arc web browser, and I gotta say it's pretty great to help you get focused and stay organized. It helps organize my tabs and bookmarks. I love the sidebar, to hop into different tabs! Another key feature is the notes section... I can type in any quick thoughts and share them via email or message. It also syncs across all my Apple devices :)

🧘🏽‍♀️Insight Timer: What I love about Insight Timer is the ability to find tracks and playlists that help me focus with binaural beats or white noise. Also, what I love is the custom timer to aid in meditation or finding quick guided meditations to help you reset during the work day.
