EASY, DELICIOUS DINNER

Okay typically I would make Korean beef with like short ribs or something but for the #moms or anyone who needs something quick and absolutely delicious this is my go to.

All you need:

-Chuck Roast Beef

-Soy Sauce

-Brown Sugar

-Beef broth

-Rice

-Broccoli

-Few pieces of garlic

I cut up the chuck roast, seasoned it and seared it in the pot with whole garlic pieces then added beef broth and let it sit for about four hours.
