My First Time Trying Pound Fit & Was Amazing 🤩💦

I’ve been waiting to share my first experience on trying pound fit last few weeks kat Putrajaya sempena Hari Sukan Negara.

Dia macam zumba tapi ada lightweight stick specifically used for this exercise. It was really fun sebab you will exercise along with the songs yang buat you lagi semangat. And also, it was really tiring, i sweat a lot tapi puas sangatt. 💦
