Local coffee shops are so in right now especially each cafe has their own theme and menu. Here’s a local cafe to add to your list for your next cafe hopping! ✨

Baked by Trimmy is a Korean inspired cafe that has a cozy spots and good ambiance despite the small space. As soon as you enter the cafe, you’ll be greeted by their friendly staffs and they will even help you in choosing in their menu especially if it’s your first time there. In addition, if you are dining in they will let you check if there is an available table upstairs and I highly recommend to go there between 10AM to 1PM since there are lesser people.

Painted in white and with their wooden furnitures, and their displays for their pastries, it’s a place you can relax, study, and spend your time with your loved ones. A relaxing and cozy place with music and the hint of coffee and pastry smell that you will surely love to stay.

The cafe interiors are very minimalist and pleasing in the eyes with the shades of white and wooden furnitures. The cafe has two floors, the first floor is allotted for ordering while the second floor is for people who chose dine in. In the second floor, there is a mirror perfect for your mirror selfies and besides it is a plant which complimented the style of the place.

🍽 Cafe Menu 🍽

We ordered 3 drinks from their menu which are Matcha Latte (150 php), Americano (110 php), and Spanish Latte (150 php). These 3 drinks had the right amount of sweetness and bitterness especially with their Americano! To pair up with our drinks, we ordered their Korean Cream Cheese Bread (80 php), Strawberry Doughnut (60 pesos), and their newest flavor which is the Trick or Treat Doughnut (95 pesos). Their mouthwatering pastries is very delicious and it has the right balance of sweetness, you will able to finish since their are doughnuts that are too sweet and you’ll end up not finishing it. For their Korean Cream Cheese Bread, it also has the right amount of the garlic and the sweetness of cream cheese which complimented the combination of both ingredients. The right amount of sweetness in both drinks and foods will leave your tummy satisfied! 🤤

Overall, it was really a nice, cozy, and memorable experience to spend your afternoon with Baked by Trimmy. I’ll definitely go back here and I highly recommend this cafe as well! 👍
