The sad truth about losing a child

Losing my baby was probably one of the hardest things I had to deal with and I didn’t realize I went through the stages of grief until yesterday.

Your mind is SO POWERFUL!! And my mind kept me in the mindset I was still experiencing pregnancy symptoms and it was possible the baby was still in there and in that I gained SO MUCH WEIGHT!!! 40 lbs to be exact.

I found my biggest problem was not wanting to let go of the idea of not being pregnant anymore. It’s so hard and If anyone wants to know what I did to help heal me LET ME KNOW!! #pregnancy #miscarriage #depression
