Reviewing Korean Rice Toner

I’ve recently been trying out this Rice Toner from the Korean Brand I’m from and here are my thoughts on it:

• It really does contribute a lot of hydration to my skin which allows it to be nice, smooth and juicy.

•I’ve been using it as a part of my skin prep routine before make up to make sure that my skin is hydrated.

•I would recommend that people with dry skin try out this toner 💕

•I love to apply it after using a hydrating spray on my skin and before putting on moisturizer.
