75 soft challenge with Valencia diet

So #day3 has been way better then day 2 but even though I didn't meet my 10,000 steps for the day i still was very active and did some major cleaning, decluttering and rearranging/ organizing in our garage!

I also discovered the #valenciadiet and added it in to my meals for today and let me tell you I feel amazing!!! I also had a banana for my morning snack well i was cleaning out the garage and for dinner i drank lemon ice tea.
