Tuesday Morning 🌸

I am trying to remember to eat every morning even if it’s a PB&J. I noticed I have more energy throughout the day and feel great ❤️ I have medications that need food before taking too.

I don’t drink coffee as often anymore but it’s nice to have a cup sometimes.

Tomato caprese is so good 🤤 I found out how easy it is to make and I’m obsessed. I change it up a little every time I make it until I think it’s perfect 😁 Still delicious every time.

I like taking notes after I’m fully awake. I write down anything important. What I’m thinking, questions, things I need, and so on. It keeps my thoughts in check in the early hours.
