Need Answers!!

Hey babes!! I’m confused. I finished day 4 of the comment challenge & I go ahead to redeem the canvas tote bag & the “claim it” button wasn’t working,it just froze. So I don’t know if closing the app was a smart idea but I did that & try it again.

If I can only redeem it once,shouldn’t the button say “redeemed” as it got claimed already.. I haven’t participated in any of this before,besides the “diary challenge” so I don’t know how this goes.
